With our partners at Shop Western Mass we are pleased to announce the opening of Powertown Pop Up Shop!  Open Black Friday - Christmas Eve, the shop located at Avenue A and Third Street will carry work of local artists and artisans.  Find pottery, paintings, pet accessories, photographs, home decor, beautiful recycled paper from the Strathmore Mill and much more! Come by on Friday when we open our doors and please join us this Sunday, November 25th for an opening reception from 2-5pm!

Like the shop on facebook for added in store events and up to the minute posts on new products and extended shopping hours.  Above is a sneak peak of our entrance.  Decorations were made by co-founder of Second Street Baking Co. and talented artisan, Christa Snyder, out of recycled paper from the Strathmore Mill!

Fashion show by local designers who made new creations out of clothes left behind in the laundromat over the past year.

Tickets are impossible to get, but you can try.  Overflow show at the Rendezvous at 78 Third Street.

Downtown Holiday Event
Thursday December 13th

Mark your calendars for the 2nd annual It's A Wonderful Night downtown holiday festivities event!  We are partnering with LOOT, Nina's Nook and the Montague Business Association to bring music, exhibits and holiday cheer to Avenue A. 

Among the festivities you'll find:

  • Roving musicians
  • Art installations in store windows
  • Tree lighting in Spinner Park
  • Hot cider and baked goods on the street
  • Screening of Frank Capra's "It's a Wonderful Life" at the Shea Theater
  • And much more!

Holiday Windows
on Avenue A!

RiverCulture is coordinating installations of Holiday Windows along Avenue A.  Installations will be complete by the Wonderful Night event on December 13th and will start going in next week.  Participating artists include:
